You can sign in to the FlexLA app using your Facebook account, Google account or your email address. When signing in using your email address, a unique protected activation link will be sent to directly to your email inbox. Opening the link on your phone will sign you into the application automatically.

Yes, you can easily change your personal data with the app by going to “Personal data” and “Edit”.

Right after you successfully book your ride, you will receive an e-mail with the corresponding receipt (per booking) in PDF format. You can also enter a billing address in the app.

You can look for a connection within the FlexLA operating area between 7 p.m. and 2 a.m. If you select the displayed connection, you will receive an overview of the connection details. You will then be able to book the ride. Once you have successfully booked the ride, you will see an overview of your active booking. This will show you the exact pickup location as well as all other current information about the ride.

You can also automatically verify the vehicle by enabling Bluetooth on your mobile device. If the vehicle matches your booked vehicle, the app will automatically check you in with the driver.

Yes. Simply call us directly from the app and FlexLA will connect you to an ADA-accessible vehicle provided by our partner, ButterFLi.

When demand is high the vehicle may already be full and as a result, you will not be able to book a ride. In this case, you will receive a notification informing you that the booking cannot be completed. However, the app will then find another vehicle that is also nearby. The current waiting time will be displayed at all times.

The app determines a route for the driver that allows them to pick up and drop off passengers. As a result, there may be minor detours, depending on how many passengers are in the vehicle.
